Before diving into counseling, it is helpful to have a vibe check and chat to ensure we are the right fit for each other. This is a one-time session that is free and brief, where we can see what is bringing you to counseling and answer any questions.

Counseling Session
Counseling sessions are 55 minutes long. Most clients meet once a week, but we can discuss a plan that is best for you and your individual needs. Out of pocket fees are due day-of, and all done through my counseling portal in Simple Practice.

Insurance/Payment
I currently accept United Health Insurance, Aetna insurance, and out of pocket payment.
I am also able to provide superbills for reimbursement if your insurance accepts them.
I am on the waitlist to panel with more insurances and will update here as they get approved!
